Cherise hit the ground running in 2021 with her EP Remedy, with 4 timeless songs that showcase her songwriting and rich versatile vocal tone and range. She has collaborated with her peers from the burgeoning UK jazz scene such as Steam Down, Rueban James, Omar and Nubiyan Twist. In 2021 Gregory Porter invited her to sing alongside him for the 2021 Disney Christmas animation and worldwide campaign. In 2022, she was chosen to open for Michael Kiwanuka at L’Olympia (Paris) and Colisée de Roubaix (Lille), and for Jamie Callum at his spring-summer European tour. 2023 saw the release of Cherise’s debut album Calling, and her opening the main stage at Cross the Tracks Festival and performances at Love Supreme (UK) and Elbjazz Festival (Hamburg).
