Salon, the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts’ (İKSV) multi-purpose performance venue, opened in January 2010 at the Nejat Eczacıbaşı Building in Şişhane. Since its opening, Salon has hosted over 400 concerts, more than 100 theatre and dance performances, as well as seminars and workshops that have attracted considerable interest from the cultural community.

Thanks to its flexible and adaptable stage system, Salon is also able to host corporate events in a wide range of formats, including parties, meetings and film screenings. The venue has a standing capacity of 350, a seated theatre-style capacity of 120, and can accommodate up to 60 guests in a cabaret-style layout.
