Box office is closed on official holidays unless there is an event.
Purchased tickets cannot be changed or refunded except for the cancellation of the event or the change of date. Refunds and changes to be made as a result of cancellation or date change must be carried out until the date to be specified in future announcements.
The maximum number of tickets a person can buy is 10.
The event programme can be changed due to unforeseen reasons. Tickets purchased due to programme change are non-refundable.
ECZACIBAŞI YOUTH TICKET
With the Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket project, student tickets are 30 TL for the events organised by İKSV throughout 2025. Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets can be purchased from all Passo counters and passo.com.tr by creating a membership. To purchase tickets, “eczacibasigencbilet” must be written in the code field on the campaign screen.
Depending on the quota of each event, a limited number of Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets will be on sale. Only one Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket can be purchased at a time. In seated events, a special sitting section is created for this category. In standing activities, unless otherwise stated, regular and student ticket holders will be mixed.
The student status of the audience with Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets will be checked at the venue entrances before the events. In order to enter the event, students must show their valid student ID or a formal student document retrieved from E-Devlet (E-Government) for Turkish citizens. Istanbul Card is invalid. Student IDs of students studying abroad are valid. Youth Tickets are personal, non-transferable and nonsaleable. Name and surname must be provided when purchasing a ticket.
If a valid student ID cannot be shown, the ticket holder will be directed to the box office to purchase a difference ticket. The difference will be the amount between the lowest general sales category and the student ticket. In case of being late to the event due to the waiting time that may occur while purchasing the difference ticket, the responsibility belongs to the audience, and the ticket will not be refunded in any way. Tickets will not be refunded to those who cannot present valid student documents and refuse to buy a difference ticket.
There is no age limit for Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket. Each event has its own age limit for entry. We kindly ask you to check the age limit before purchasing a ticket.
TULIP CARD MEMBERS
Tulip Card members can purchase their tickets during the priority sales at passo.com.tr, the Passo Mobil application, and at the İKSV main box office between 10.00-18.00. During the priority sales, no service fee is charged in any of the sales channels for ticket purchases with the Tulip Card. Black and White Tulip Card members receive a 25% discount at all events. Red Tulip Card members are entitled to 15% discount.
İKSV is committed to preventing black market activities, ensuring the safety of the audience and that events are fairly accessible.
You may resell regular, discount or promotional tickets you have purchased for İKSV events only at the original purchase price, in good faith.
We would like to publicly announce that we will initiate legal proceedings against those who carry out second-hand sales for profit, especially regarding complaints about the resale of student tickets at higher prices.
Ticket sales above the prices set by İKSV will not be tolerated.
You can notify us about attempts at unfair gain by second-hand ticket sales and support us in the steps we take to prevent black market activities.
WARNINGS AND REMINDERS
PAYMENT METHOD Only credit and debit cards are accepted for payment of beverages purchased at the event area. Cash payments are not accepted.
RECORDING DEVICES It is forbidden to record the event with a camera, mobile phone and all kinds of recording devices.
AUDIENCES WITH CHILDREN There is an age limit of 18-year-old in all events.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE It is forbidden to bring food and beverage from outside to the venue.
CLOAKROOM Luggage and large backpacks will not be accepted in the venue and cloakroom.
Student Tickets
Tickets with student discount can only be purchased from main box office İKSV. As long as the capacity allows, students can buy unlimited number of discounted tickets.
Important Info
At performances with seated tickets are reserved from a specific category. During performances with seating plans, late-comers are allowed to enter the hall during the first appropriate applause. Late-comers will not be allowed to enter the hall during theatre performances.
Any visual or audio recording, using handy-cam, camera, mobile phone and any other type of recording device during the performances is strictly forbidden.
Purchased tickets cannot be changed or returned unless the performance is cancelled or its date is changed. If tickets are to be returned or changed, the process should be completed by the concert day.
