An extraordinary anonymous art project from Berlin, blending acidic sounds, modular synthesizers, and traditional instruments with avant-garde rave punk styles.

It all started in a pavyon (tavern) in Istanbul. While Kamil was playing bağlama, Mahmut walked in to ask for directions, and that night ended in a late-night soup spot where bağlama and modular synthesizer embraced each other. The duo, who would never part ways again, created their project, Istanbul Ghetto Club, stretching from a pavyon in Istanbul to techno clubs in Berlin, just like a tasty soup. They sparked interactions between East and West, underground and mainstream, traditional and contemporary; blending improvised club music compositions with non-linear storytelling, performance art, and striking visual aesthetics. They quickly took over the club music scene, gaining over 1 million organic views with their live performances. They veiled their identities, put on their masks, and turned their imaginations up to full volume. They made the ambiance of a Turkish wedding possible in the dark underground techno clubs of Berlin.
