Salon performances that you can’t take your eyes and ears off, first by Can Güngör, an urban troubadour, and then Lara Di Lara, one of the queens of Turkish alternative music.

Dilara Sakpınar, also known as the vocalist of 123, has been telling the stories she has accumulated over the years through her elegant vocals with her solo project Lara Di Lara since 2014. Bringing an extraordinary interpretation to electronic and jazz elements, Lara Di Lara’s track record includes three solo albums, many EPs and singles, concerts with Eskişehir, Istanbul State and Bursa Symphony Orchestras and European tours. Lara Di Lara introduced her first two albums at Salon and was a guest at the 25th Istanbul Jazz Festival as the opening act of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds in 2018. Can Güngör, on the other hand, drew attention with the songs he wrote himself and the arrangements he made for many artists. He released his first solo album ‘Silik Düşler’ in 2015 on Olmadı Kaçarız Records. The album was followed the next year by ‘Yalnız Ölmek’, which entered Spotify’s ‘Turkey Viral 50’ list at number one. Having released his 15-track album ‘Sular Dar’ in 2020 and played the live interpretation of the album at the 27th Istanbul Jazz Festival, the musician continues to attract attention with his calm, enthusiastic and uncanny music.
