The perfectly suited musical collaboration of Ozbi, the unique name of the Turkish rap scene, and Gülce Duru, the velvet-voiced singer from Kaybedenler Kulübü.

The project came to life when Ozbi began to compose his freestyle poems together with Gülce Duru. Ozbi caught the attention of large masses with the song “Asi” from the album ‘Halk Edebiyatı’ released in 2014 and received acclaim for the ‘Rakılı Live Project’ he produced with Gülce Duru. This much-admired collaboration has been reinforced with the live album‘Rakılı Live 2. Seri’ released in 2017. Videos of their live performances produced with their band have drawn considerable attention on YouTube. Ozbi appeals to people from various segments of society with his theatrical style and live performances and the way he reflects rap as a poem genre, especially with his wording and lyrical sense. Ozbi will be delivering the lasting impression he created with Gülce Duru in ‘Rakılı Live Series’, with his new album ‘Serserilik ve Şiir’ to Salon İKSV on 18 May.
