bar italia formed in 2020, led by Nina Cristante, Jezmi Tarik Fehmi and Sam Fenton. Their debut album Quarrel (2021) propelled them into the spotlight, with ‘skylinny’ becoming a favourite among playlist curators. The band continued their momentum at remarkable pace, releasing one album in 2021 and two in 2023, proving themselves as prolific in the studio as they are compelling on stage. They have delivered electrifying performances at major festivals including Glastonbury, Roskilde, Mad Cool, Rock en Seine and Coachella. Their latest album Some Like It Hot (2025) not only shares its title with Marilyn Monroe’s iconic film but mirrors its very spirit: romance, intrigue, self-discovery and an intoxicating surge of exuberance.
