Hip-hop duo, named after the Strugatski brothers’ sci-fi novel, Roadside Picnic.

The duo was founded in 2009 in Eskişehir by Armonycoma or slt and Ağaçkakan. They made their debut with Rigor Mortis that compiled songs they created up until then. They recorded their first vinyl album, Le Cafard, in 2016. In 2020, they released a remix of the album with the contribution of a range of musicians. After a three-year hiatus, last December, they dropped the single ‘Sıradanun Unusual Death’, the herald of the new album, on YouTube. Finally, they are set to launch their highly anticipated album at Salon with the guest artists, Nilipek, Kıvılcım Konca, Çiğ & Oldeaf. They invite you to an ‘organized solitude’.

Ağaçkakan’s dark humor on top of the infrastructures that Armonycoma or slt forms with raw hip-hop, electronic, krautrock, breakbeat and samples from vinyl and cassettes.
