The zappy electronic project of VEYasin, known for creating the ‘Ankara sound’ with his legendary Turkish hip-hop band, Mode XL.

Since 2013, VEYasin has been pursuing his solo career under the pseudonym Hey! Douglas. He blends psychedelic, funk and soul tracks of the 70s and 80s with electronic touches and disco sound. VEYasin has exhibited his skills in psychedelic productions with single remixes and his first album Marşandiz, released in 2019. He is also one of the three musical directors of the ‘Air Anatolia’ project, which combines the pioneers of psychedelic Anatolian music with contemporary names of the British music scene. He also performs live with an orchestra.
